The Electrical Works include the following:
— Complete Lighting and Emergency Lighting Installation;
— Complete Site Lighting Installation;
— Complete Fire Alarm and Protective Services Installation;
— Complete Lightning Protection Installation;
— Complete General Services Installation;
— Complete Mechanical Plant Wiring Installation;
— Complete supply and installation of all Main and Submain Boards and Cabling;
— Complete Lift Installation and associated Design;
— Complete Commissioning and Certification of all installations.
— Specific design will be provided in the following areas:-
Compliance with Building Regulations, compliance with Fire Strategy, compliance with Health and Safety Regulations, performances achievable by façade types in order to meet the current Part L Regulations, acoustic performance, etc.
