track record in directly delivering and managing technically demanding facilities
management services including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, building
services, cleaning, porterage, grounds maintenance (Hard and Soft), Handyman,
A/V Support, works projects and helpdesk services to the Human Biology, LCSI
and CTRF buildings in Galway, Ireland.
NUI Galway expects the FM contract to commence in October 2016 for a period
of 5 years with an option to extend the contract by 1+1 years. NUI Galway may
extend the scope of this contract to cover the FM service provisions, to selected
other locations.
