New Student Centre Development, University of Limerick
Plassey Campus Developments Ltd (the ‘Authority’) wish to appoint a design
team for a New Student Centre Development. The following design team
services are required;
— Lot 1: Architect including PSDP, Fire Safety Design, Façade Design and
Acoustics
— Lot 2: Project Manager
— Lot 3: Civil / Structural Engineer
— Lot 4: Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
— Lot 5: Quantity Surveyor
— Lot 6: Landscape Architect
