Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Rapid Delivery Housing

The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform is issuing these tender
documents as a central purchasing body for use by the Framework Clients
(defined below). The Contracting Authority invites tenders from economic
operators (‘Tenderers’) for appointment to a national multi-party framework
agreement for the provision of rapid delivery housing projects (the ‘Framework

houses. The Framework Agreement that may result from this public procurement competition will be for a term of two years (‘the Framework Period’). The Contracting Authority reserves the right, at its discretion, to extend the Framework Period for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of 2 such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority's obligations at law. The Framework Period will not exceed four (4) years in aggregate.
