Dublin City Council proposes to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for 3 years, for the supply of Bituminous materials. The City Council is unable to state the quantity of any product that will be required for the duration of this contract but for the period but for the period January 2014 to November 2015 approximately EUR 1 327 269 was spent on bituminous materials. The tenderer(s) who has submitted a responsive tender and have passed the selection criteria and have submitted Schedule 1 will be considered for admission to the Framework for the Supply of Bituminous Materials. The appointment to the Framework Agreement will be based on price only. The lowest 12 tenders for each product/material will be admitted to the Framework Agreement.1 000 0002 800 000
