Beaumont Hospital

The Contracting Authority intends to establish a framework agreement with five suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of range of employment-related services, including the provision of temporary agency staff. It is emphasised that the service delivered by the successful framework member will generally be governed by the European Directive on Temporary Agency Work (Directive 2008/104/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council), as transposed into Irish law by the Protection of Employees (Temporary Agency Work) Act 2012.
