Dublin City Council proposes to establish a multi โ€” party framework agreement for the supply and installation of outdoor gym and fitness equipment in a number of public parks. These locations will fall under the management of the Parks & Landscape Services Division in Dublin City Council.
The framework agreement will be for 2 years, with the option to extend for 2 years, subject to a maximum of (four) 4 years subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints.
The framework agreement will be established as a multi-party framework agreement with 5 operators, subject to that number meeting the minimum criteria and rules.
