Duration: 36 months
Description of renewals:

3 years with option to extend for 1 year up to a max. of 2 years with a total maximum term of 5 years.

Ervia also reserves the right to contract with each member of the group on the basis of joint and several liability, or with 1 member of the group as a main contractor with a number of sub-contractors or on any other basis as Ervia considers appropriate.
