Expansion of St Luke's Radiation Oncology Centre at Beaumont Hospital
The project is located at St Luke's Radiation Oncology Centre (Beaumont) and consists of:
— An horizontal expansion, of approximately 4 500sq m Nett Floor Area (NFA) over three (3Nr.) floors to an existing facility;
— To provide for departmental adjacencies including Bunkers for six (6Nr.) Linear Accelerators and support accommodation;
— Provision of on-grade car-parking. The Design shall allow for structural capability of a five (5Nr.) storey structure, to allow for future expansion.
