Establishment of a multi supplier framework in 2 no Lots for Works Contractors for Small and Minor Works Projects
UCC invites responses from suitably qualified Work Contractors for the provision of the works as described in the attached RFT in 2 number individual Lots as follows:
— Lot 1 Small Works Projects;
— Lot 2 Minor Works Projects.
Tenderers are permitted to apply for 1 Lot only.
This competition is to establish a multi supplier framework with a maximum of 6.
Tenderers for each Lot (‘Framework’) to whom specific assignments may be awarded in due course based on the terms of a contract (‘Framework Agreement’), on a non-exclusive basis.
