The Toronto office of Tourism Ireland wishes to enter into a contract with a Supplier for Distribution and Warehousing Services for the Canadian Market. The appointed logistics provider will take responsibility for shipping marketing literature and supporting materials through its marketing channels in the Canadian market. The Canadian market distributes approximately 100 000 items of literature per year. Logistics companies responding to this tender opportunity may opt to service the following lots: LOT ONE: Bulk Storage and Distribution of Literature; and LOT TWO: Mail Fulfilment of marketing literature to consumers in Canada. The Contract Period will be for three [3] years extendable for a further 2 years up to a max of five [5] years. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in June 2017. Please note: this tender opportunity is also being notified to local suppliers in Canada.
