Note the following specialist contractor's design responsibilities;
โ Detailing of flue supports and brackets, and completion of pressure drop calculation for coordinated flue path to verify adequacy of natural convection to discharge flue gases given the final coordinated flue route / pressure drop,
โ BMS specialist to develop the detailed design including control panel design and programming of panels/devices to deliver the required sequence of operation,
โ Design, supply, install and test all expansion and anchor points,
โ BMS specialist to selects valves and actuators based on final equipment selections,
โ Provide underfloor heating pipework layout with calculation to verify specified heat output is achieved; pipework layout coordinated with thermal expansion cuts in screed. Screed design will need to be undertaken by a screed specialist,
โ Specialist contractor to ensure approach to flushing and cleaning is in accordance with specified code of practice and test all expansion and anchor points,
