Curragh Racecourse Redevelopment (Contract Phase 3): Contract for the Main Works Package โ Catering Equipment Specialist Works
The Catering Equipment contract involves the supply and installation of all identified โheavy equipmentโ in relation to the Curragh Racecourse Redevelopment Project. As part of the contract the Catering Equipment Contractor will be responsible for all coordination drawings, based on the constructed structural spaces ensuring coordination with all equipment in the specification package. This shall include all bespoke and proprietary items (the detail design drawings shall be BIM models reflecting design and tender stage information as REVIT models).
The contract will require the catering equipment contractor to coordinate with the main contractor and interior fit-out contractors to ensure full coordination for the bars, back bars, coffee counters, credenzas and shop fitted joinery. Coordination will also be required in relation to the cold rooms and connection to the building chilled water systems.
Liaison with the mechanical contractor and main contractor will also be required.
