This contract concerns the provision of neurosurgical skull clamps, associated components and consumables. The required equipment will be procured by way of a managed equipment service, incorporating the full support and maintenance of the equipment in question and the provision of appropriate user training.In the 1st instance, a contract of 3 years' duration will be entered into for the supply of certain equipment on a phased basis. The initial 3 year contract shall also encompass the provision of all consumables related to the utilisation of the equipment (i.e. single-use skull pins), the support and maintenance of the equipment in question and the provision of training to staff of the Contracting Authority regarding the correct use of the equipment.Following the expiry of this 3 year contract, and as a recurring option that may be availed of solely at the discretion of the Contracting Authority, subsequent 1 year contracts for the support of the equipment and the provision of associated consumables may be awarded until the obsolescence of the equipment.100 000300 000
