This includes but is not limited to Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Planning Consultants. The Agency proposes to consolidate its operations by way of the redevelopment of Phoenix House, at 27 Conyngham Road, Dublin 8, is a 6-storey building, of approximate gross floor area 2 500 sq.m. The Agency intends to develop and increase the office accommodation on the site to cater for its current and future needs. The completed building is to exemplify progressive standards in environmental and office design and will comprise up to 4 500 sq.m. gross floor area.
