Refurbishment of existing 1930's ‘protected structure’ (approx. 1 000 m2) to provide accommodation for a Parental Integrity Unit programme including pre-school, library, counselling facilities, a homework programme, bereavement programme, a breakfast club, sanitary facilities and a drop-in room to encourage community social skills and awareness.c. External site works including landscaping, services and infrastructure at both sites.
