RTÉ Property and Services is seeking the services of suitably qualified parties to provide Architectural, Engineering (Structural, Building Services, Electrical, etc.), Project Management and Quantity Surveying. The services required shall cover the provision of design of new, assessment of existing and re-purposing of the RTÉ buildings, infrastructure and asset management on an ongoing basis and any other related activities. RTÉ plan to nominate 2 successful tenderers per Lot 1 being a Larger Firm and the other being a Small firm.
