Change and Portfolio Management, Staff Professional Development and Training Programme for ICT Services
The HSE's Office of Chief Information Office (OoCIO) is transforming the delivery and management of ICT services in the HSE. As part of this transformation, a Change and Portfolio Management (C&PM) Function has been created which facilitates an end-to-end view of all projects and programmes, from Inception right through to Service Delivery. C&PM plan to establish a Professional Training and Certification framework for all staff in this division and seek industry recognised accreditation of services delivered where it is available and appropriate.
