Housing Agency in its own capacity, or at the request of a Local Authority or an Approved Housing Body seeks to procure Building Surveying / Inspection Services to assist in the acquisition of properties for social housing use. The Service requires economic operators to complete a detailed survey and inspection of a property and report in detail the findings of the inspection and include a recommendation as to the suitability of the property for purchase.
