Description of the procurement
An Post is seeking to enter into a Single Framework Agreement for the provision of Media Buying services for a period of 3 (three) years with an option to extend for a further 2 (two) years. Scope of work:
โ Strategic media planning,
โ Implementation of media planning,
โ Media negotiation,
โ Media buying across all media,
โ Post campaign analysis,
โ Analysis of industry and bespoke research,
โ Analysis of sales data for the purposes of informing planning and strategy,
โ Implementation and analysis of social listening to inform planning and strategy,
โ Analysis and negotiation of sponsorships,
โ Administration and vouching of invoicing,
โ Planning and buying for digital advertising including web, pay per click search and social media,
โ Management of and planning for social media content and promotions,
โ Access to syndicated research to which the agency subscribes,
โ Value pool.
Note: The successful bidder resulting from this tender process will be required to participate in Media Audit processes.
