Strategic Planning, Creative Development and Production of Advertising Services
The purpose of this call is to appoint a service provider for the provision of Advertising Services — Strategic planning, creative development and production for SEAI.
In addition to experience in traditional advertising mediums, the successful service provider should have digital, social networking and direct marketing capability.
The contract will be for a period of 1 year, with, at SEAI's sole discretion an option to extend the contract for up to 2 additional years.
The tasks for which the successful service provider will be responsible include,
but are not restricted to:
(1) — Developing a strategic approach to SEAI's advertising requirements;
(2) — Creative development and production of advertising campaigns across anumber of areas and audiences;
(3) — Pro-actively identifying suitable opportunities and making recommendations that will deliver messages to markets at particularly appropriate times;
(4) — Working in close association with SEAI's selected media buying agency, public relations agency, web design agency, and other appropriate external marketing consultants in order to deliver creative communications campaigns on all projects;
(5) — Advising the management and programme teams of SEAI on best practice approaches to advertising.
The estimated value of the contract is 100 000 EUR to 150 000 EUR per year.
