The top 12 ranking applicants for each framework, subject to there being sufficient number of qualified applicants, will be shortlisted and invited to tender. Based on the evaluation of the tenders, those meeting the minimum requirements will have their tenders assessed and ranked based on lowest price. The top eight ranking tenders, which provide satisfactory evidence to support their responses and declarations in this questionnaire will be admitted to the framework (subject always to LITโs and MICโs right not to award any places on the Framework and there being sufficient number of qualified applicants).
The top 12 ranking applicants for each framework, subject to there being sufficient number of qualified applicants, will be shortlisted and invited to tender.
