IT Security Consultancy including Cyber Terrorism, Cyber Incident support, Risk Identification and Prevention.

Lot 3: IT Security and Physical Security Risks Services.
IT Security services required are Cyber Terrorism Prevention, Cyber Terrorism Risk Analysis, Exercising and Training, Cyber Terrorism Incident Response and Management Support, IT Security Policy and Procedures Development.
Candidates should provide Expressions of Interest by e-mail indicating the Lot(s) to the contact details provided in Section I.1.

ESB reserves the right to renew the contract for additional period of up to 2 years.

Suitability to pursue the professional activity:
It is expected that suppliers expressing an interest will have provided the services as outlined above.
Please provide:
1) Supplier name and Head Office address;
2) Full contact details (phone, fax, e-mail) of the representative for the expression of interest;
3) A brief profile of the supplier's organisation, including date of establishment, overall structure, annual turnover, number of employees per function;
4) A summary of the operator's experience with reference to the services areas to which this notice relates.
The company must be operating for 8 years for Lot 1 and Lot 2 and 3 years for Lot 3.
Economic and financial standing:
Please supply a summary of the supplier's
experience in providing the services outlined in Lot 1 and/or Lot 2 and/ or Lot 3, including number and location of service outlets operated and other relevant information.
Completion of Declaration of Eligibility must be completed by all suppliers and will be issued to all candidates who respond to this notice. This document must be completed and returned to the address in I.1 above no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday 14.4.2015. The contracting entity will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers relating to this contract award procedure.

Technical and professional ability:
Suppliers who respond to this Invitation for Expressions of Interest should provide a summary description (with full reference contact details) of contracts of a scale and type outlined in Section II.2 currently operated by the company.
Suppliers organisation must have:
a) Implemented a certified safety management system (OHSAS 18001 or equivalent).
b) Have a current safety statement/safety policy (UK).
Please submit relevant documents for a) and b).
It is intended that following receipt of Expressions of Interest and relevant document, those who have been evaluated by ESB and satisfy the criteria outlined above, will be invited to submit detailed tender proposals.

Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or reference to the relevant provisions governing them: Will be specified in tender documents.
Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to whom the contract is to be awarded:
Where a grouping of service providers express interest, it shall be a requirement of ESB that 1 member of the group accept full contractual responsibility for delivery of the services. Where appropriate the intended contractual responsibility member of any grouping or consortium must be identified in responding to this notice.
