This Competition relates to a sectoral framework for the provision of legal services to Local Authorities. The Framework Agreement is divided into 8 regional Lots each Lot representing a cluster of Local Authorities that broadly fall within the Circuit Court jurisdictions. Each Lot is then divided into a further 5 sublots, each sublot representing 1 of the following specific legal services practice areas:
— Local Government Core Legal Services,
— Code Enforcement Legal Services,
— Property and Conveyance Legal Services,
— Commercial and Corporate Legal Services,
— Full legal services which encompasses all of the above legal services.
