Short description

This Competition relates to a sectoral framework for the provision of legal
services to Local Authorities.
The Framework Agreement is divided into eight (8) regional Lots each Lot
representing a cluster of Local Authorities that broadly fall within the Circuit
Court jurisdictions. Each Lot is then divided into a further five (5) sub-lots, each
sub-lot representing one of the following specific legal services practice areas
— Local Government Core Legal Services.
— Code Enforcement Legal Services.
— Property & Conveyance Legal Services.
— Commercial & Corporate Legal Services.
— Full legal services which encompasses all of the above legal services.

document.
