Provision of Legal Services to the Office of Government Procurement

The Office of Government Procurement

This public procurement competition relates to the provision legal services to the
Office of Government Procurement (OGP). The OGP is an office within the
Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and is responsible for sourcing
goods and services on behalf of the public service.
In this regard, the following services may be required;
Advising the OGP on all stages of tender competition(s), as required, up to and
including contract award;
Legal review of draft the Requests for Tender (RFT), draft contract and other
draft tender documents for the purposes of the tender competition(s), the first
draft of which will be developed by the sourcing teams in the OGP; and
General legal advice and guidance on relevant areas of law arising out of and in
relation to any such tender competition(s) including but not limited to EU and
national public procurement law.
The purpose of this competition is to establish a single supplier framework
agreement for the provision of the Services (โ€˜Services Framework Contractโ€™) to
the Contracting Authority.
