Provision of facilities management and engineering services — preventive and responsive maintenance
Eurofound — European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions
The purpose of this tender is to engage a facilities management company to provide a wide range of preventive (part 1) and responsive maintenance services including (ad hoc) additional maintenance and facility services (part 2) at the Eurofound premises.
Part 1 refers to scheduled services focused on preventive maintenance. This part embraces services of a recurring nature which will be scheduled throughout the year. For these services a direct service contract will be awarded.
Part 2 refers to ad hoc services. This mainly includes services with a less than annual frequency and services where the exact volume is not known in advance. For these services a framework service contract will be awarded. Services may then be requested by Eurofound ad hoc and have to be provided by the contractor in addition to the scheduled ones.
