New Post Primary School at Clifden Community School
Construction of a new, part 2-storey and part three-storey post primary school building of ca. 3 900 m², along with temporary classrooms for the duration of the works, a new school entrance and associated internal access roads, parking spaces, landscaping and drainage works including a new on-site waste water treatment plant, while the existing school and gymnasium on the site remain fully operational. Demolition of the existing school building and associated pre-fabricated classroom structures once the new school is fully operational. Particular Construction Management constraints apply due to works being carried out adjacent to an operational school, on a sloping site located adjacent to a Special Area of Conservation. Pre Qualification Submissions are to be in hard copy only and to be returned to the Architect at the address in Annex A below.
