The Health Service Executive (HSE) intends to establish a new National Framework Agreement for the Provision of Temperature Controlled Supply Chain Management Services (Cold Chain).
The scope of the framework will cover the known requirements for a Cold Chain service for vaccines and blood products and also will facilitate a Cold Chain services in the event of a pandemic.
