Irish Aid IDEAS Programme Vietnam Masters of Business Administration (MBA)

Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade/An Roinn Gnóthaí Eachtracha agus Trádála

The overall focus of the IDEAS programme is primarily on the development of capacity in Vietnam, especially in Vietnamese institutions responsible for economic decision making. The education component encompasses capacity building and knowledge transfer elements complementary to but broader than the core function of providing MBA courses for individual participants. To this end the successful supplier of these MBA courses should preferably have, or should be able to demonstrate a willingness to develop, institutional relationships in Vietnam having elements of knowledge transfer and experience sharing.
In order to maximise the element of experience sharing, it would also be desirable that the successful supplier would be in a position to provide accommodation to Vietnamese students while studying in Ireland. The successful supplier will provide for the delivery of these fellowships to include the management and conduct of a selection process together with associated ongoing administration. The successful supplier will advertise for, interview and recruit up to 5 Vietnamese students for the 2016/2017 academic year to undertake one-year MBA courses.
