Invitation to Tender for Single Point Design Team (SPDT) Services for the development of New Student Accommodation at Upper Newcastle Rd, North Campus, NUI Galway
The University has, following detailed analysis, identified an urgent need to add significant additional student accommodation in addition to existing accommodation at Corrib Village. An overall master plan to deliver over 1 200 additional student bed spaces in the medium term is currently being developed. The first phase of the plan will comprise of the development of c450 student bed spaces on a green field site on the north campus of the University at Upper Newcastle Rd.
