It is estimated that this project will take approximately 15 months to complete. The Works Contractor will be also required to nominate the following specialist contractors:

1. Mechanical Services Specialist;

2. Electrical Services Specialist;

3. Pool Specialist;

5. Roofing Specialist;

6. Flooring Specialist;

7. Lift Specialist;

8. Automatic Doors Specialist.

The project will include ancillary site works.
