Limerick City and County Council wish to appoint an integrated design team for the four (4) housing projects. The following design team services are required;
— Architect including PSDP and Fire Safety Design,
— Project Manager,
— Civil / Structural Engineer,
— Mechanical and Electrical Engineer,
— Quantity Surveyor.
