Tourism Ireland, the body responsible for marketing the island of Ireland overseas, is seeking to appoint a Supplier to design, build, service and store a quality stand for IMEX America in Las Vegas in October 2016. The scope of this tender covers the design and production of exhibition stands for use at trade and consumer promotions in the United States over the next 3-4 years. Support services, including transportation to and from the exhibition, and storage will form part of the requirements. These services will be supplied to and co-ordinated by Tourism Ireland's New York office.

The stand should reflect the quality standard of the partners who exhibit at this show, comprising 4 and 5 star hotels and venues in addition to Destination Management Companies and Professional Conference Organisers. The images and design of the stand should reflect the global Ireland Business Tourism brand — Meet in Ireland — see www.meetinireland.comIMEX America is an international trade fair for the MICE industry (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) which will be held in Las Vegas and will take place at the Sands Expo Convention Center at the Venetian/Palazzo. Tourism Ireland, exhibits at this event and provides a marketing platform for trade partners from the island of Ireland.
