www.imexamerica.comIn addition to the services outlined above for IMEX America, this Contract will cover the provision of stand design, build and support services for Tourism Ireland in the US Market as required during the Contract period.The Contract Period will be for three years subject to budget, annual performance review and other factors. Tourism Ireland may, at its discretion, extend the contract for one additional annual term, subject to budget, annual performance review and other factors.It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in January 2016.Any non-US based Tenderers should note that they will bear the costs associated with the transportation of the stand to and within the US.
