Establishment of a single-party framework for an integrated consultancy service for a Spatial Implementation and Economic Action Plan for the revitalisation of the Wexford Quay Urban Area
The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a single-party framework agreement for an integrated multi-specialist consultancy service to deliver a Spatial Implementation Plan and an Economic Development Plan for the revitalisation of the Wexford Quay Area in Wexford Town. The framework agreement will be established with a single economic operator comprising at a minimum the following disciplines:
Spatial and Urban Planning Services;
Economic and Business Service;
Architectural Services;
Cultural and Heritage Services;
Transportation Services;
Only those Applicants capable of delivering all of the services listed above without exception (will be considered. Therefore, applicants relating to one or several of those disciplines only are not acceptable and will be rejected outright. However parties are encouraged to come together as a group to meet the totality of needs.
Applicants will be required to nominate a Lead Party who will have a single point of contractual responsibility, with the remaining disciplines providing collateral agreements for the benefit of the Contracting Authority. The single-party framework agreement will be established on foot of an initial contract with possible other related consultancy contracts awarded under the framework during the 4 year period.
