Establishment of a Multi-Operator Framework Agreement for Design Team Services (4 Lots)
The contracting Authority is seeking to establish a multi-operator framework agreement for the provision of design team services in 4 lots, being architectural services, civil and structural engineering services, mechanical and electrical engineering services and quantity surveying. The projects will be varied in nature, including new build and refurbishment projects of housing, civic, community and recreational nature and feasability studies. The framework agreement will be established with 5 operators in each lot, subject to the receipt of a sufficient number of valid tenders.
The maximum estimated value of services over the lifetime of the framework is in the region of 2 500 000 EUR. The initial contract will be for design team services for stages (II) to (V) of the Capital Works Management Framework. The project involves a 9 unit infill housing project at Baile Eoghain, Gorey, Co. Wexford. The project has Part VIII planning approval and will accommodate families with special needs. The estimated initial contract will be 18 months and will have an estimated value in the region of 1 000 000 EUR.
