Eurofound — European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions
To conduct a comprehensive review of existing evaluations of measures reducing employer social security contributions/payroll taxes accompanied by a literature review summarising the principal findings in the related theoretical and empirical literature.
The reviews conducted by the successful tenderer will provide input into Eurofound's project 'Do reduced non-wage labour costs lead to more sustainable jobs — a review of evaluations'.
The successful tenderer, in addition to reviews conducted, will also be expected to comment on the draft final research report of Eurofound written in-house as part of the abovementioned project. This report will be partially based on the reviews provided by the successful tenderer.
