DLR CoCo Framework of Consultants to provide PSDP Services on Type 3 Projects (greater than 5 000 000 EUR)
It is intended that the first project will be a mixed development of approximately 52 residential units that will form the competitive stage of formation of the framework. The remaining projects will be Housing projects, refurbishment projects and other projects of a general nature greater than 5 000 000 EUR in value exclusive of value added tax.
