The contractor providing the service will establish their maintenance service such that they can meet or exceed the following service levels in respect of all three of Fingal County Council's main operational depots which are located at Watery Lane, Swords; Coolmine Industrial Estate, Dublin 15 and Ballycoolin Business Park, Dublin 15:Service Element Performance Required:A Service: Turnaround Time from Receipt of Vehicle โ 1 Day.B Service: Turnaround Time from Receipt of Vehicle โ 1 Day.Vehicle Inspection at Contractor's Facilities Turnaround Time from Receipt of Vehicle โ 4 Hours.Running Repairs Turnaround Time from Receipt of Vehicle โ 1 Hour.Vehicle Recovery Turnaround Time from time of notification โ 2 Hours.To maximise fleet operational efficiency, Fingal County Council requires their drivers to perform daily checks on the vehicle and drive it to the designated contractor's repair facility for immediate running repairs.
