It is vital that tenderers offer a complete and cost effective solution to satisfy Fingal County Council's particular operational environment whilst meeting the required service levels as set out in the technical specification and exceeding them where possible.A number of Fingal County Council owned fleet vehicles will be allocated to the designated contractors to cover ‘off-road ’vehicles.The Fingal County Council fleet is approximately 230 vehicles.It is anticipated that two separate service providers will be appointed, to be described as the Primary and Secondary Suppliers.
