Bord na Móna wishes to establish a multi-party framework agreement for a 3 year period to cover its requirements for Corporate Finance advice. The types of advice required will relate to several areas including the following areas:
— Evaluation of proposed investment projects;
— Financing of Bord na Mona‘s Corporate Strategy;
— Financial Management of current and future businesses;
— Assisting in the development of business cases;
— Identifying Investment opportunities for the Bord na Mona Group;
— Assistance on disposal/acquisition of businesses;
— Other financial /investment advice as required;
— Due diligence on acquisition/investment projects;
— Valuation of Businesses/Assets;
— Other general Corporate Finance Advice.
