An Post is a major commercial organisation providing a wide range of services which encompass postal, distribution and financial services. An Post delivers to 2 100 000 business and residential addresses every working day. An Post use bicycles as one of the methods for the delivery of mail.An Post propose to appoint one service provider for the repair & maintenance of official An Post bicycles in the greater Dublin area and one service provider for the supply of spare parts and other related services.An Post will structure and award the tender in two separate lots. Suppliers may express their interest in one or both lots. An Post will award each lot to a single supplier. An Post reserve the right to award both lots to one supplier.An Post has approximately 1 567 bicycles on fleet that are located across all 26 counties in the Republic of Ireland, with Dublin having the largest volume of all counties (702 bicycles).
