The dry sports training facility includes changing rooms, a gymnasium, treatment, recreation and meeting rooms, offices and roof level plant enclosures. The successful tenderers must provide a bond, issued by an approved bank or insurance company, in the sum of 10% of the Contract price for the due performance of the contract.
Subcontractor/specialists appointed by the successful tenderer may be required to enter into a collateral agreement with the Authority and provide a bond on this collateral agreement, issued by an approved bank or insurance company in the sum of 10% of the subcontract price.
