The Provision of a Credit Facility to Horse Racing Ireland

Horse Racing Ireland (HRI)

Horse Racing Ireland intends to enter into a contract with a single service provider or a suitably qualified consortium for the provision of a credit facility. The Contracting Authority requires a facility for a total sum of up to EUR 25 000 000, to be drawn down in various amounts. The precise terms of the facility and the various amounts potentially required will be discussed with selected tenderers during the negotiation phase of this competition. In general, it is envisioned that an unsecured facility will be sought and that the Contracting Authority will reserve the right to prepay without penalty.
