Suitability to pursue the professional activity:
Candidates must confirm that none of the circumstances specified in Directive 2004/18/EC article 45 and 51 apply to the applicant.
Minimum level(s) of standards:
1. Evidence of Turnover ,Public and employer Liability Insurance
2. Must demonstrate a minimum Turnover for the past three years of 250 000,00 EUR.
3. Must provide a current tax clearance certificate.
Must demonstrate H&S competency.
1. Provide evidence of qualifications and experience (of a similar nature to this project) of all proposed personnel.
2. Provide evidence of measures for ensuring Quality.
3. Provide evidence showing that they are in compliance with the registered employment agreement (construction Industry Pensions Assurance and sick pay).
Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to whom the contract is to be awarded:
The Contract is intended to be awarded to a single main Contractor. If a group of contractors apply as a group or joint venture and are successful,either a lead contractor must be nominated who will be responsible for providing the service or a joint venture must be formed with whom the awarding authority will sign the contract.
