Tender for services in two lots Supported Temporary Accommodation and Permanent Onsite Housing Support in the Dublin City Council Area
Dublin Region Homeless Executive, on behalf of the 4 local authorities and Health Service Executive (HSE) is leading the tender process in relation to a Contract for the delivery of 2 distinct services:
A) Supported Temporary Accommodation (STA) in the Dublin City Council area.
B) Permanent On-Site Housing Support in the Dublin City Council area.
This tender may lead to 2 contracts of service to deliver a Supported Temporary Accommodation (STA) and separately Permanent On-Site Housing Support. Both contracts will be for an initial period of 1 year with the reserved right for Dublin Region Homeless Executive to extend the contract in 12 monthly intervals for up to a maximum of 4 years where the total contract duration will not exceed 5 years.
