The University of Dublin Trinity College
TCD is seeking to establish framework agreements with one or three or more suppliers for the provision of wind tunnel services. It is envisaged that this arrangement will commence on 1.6.2014 and will continue for a period of 3 years with the facility to extend for a further 1 year, subject to satisfactory supplier performance as determined by TCD, after agreement between the parties.
