Supply of Prepayment Electricity Meters / Budget Controllers
Electricity Supply Board
A 3 year Framework Agreement (with the option to extend by a further 2 years) for the provision of prepayment meters / budget controllers and associated software. A mix of devices may be required:
(A) Prepayment device.
(B) Prepayment device with 2 way communication ability.
Software will be required to support and allow the following:
(A) All aspects of managing the meters and their accounts which are installed with customers.
(B) Vend top up amounts for the meter / account.
(C) Provide cost effective payment interfaces for retail and on-line vending.
Suppliers must also provide the services to install and commission the software.

Suitability to pursue the professional activity:
1) Supplier name and Head Office address and Company Registration Number (or equivalent).
2) Full contact details (phone, fax, email) of the representative for the expression of interest.
3) A brief profile of the supplier's organisation, including date of establishment, overall structure, description of installation network / subcontractors, agents if any, number of employees per function, principal activities(both products and services).

Expressions of Interest will be ranked based on the information provided in relation to the above requirements.
Supplier must provide evidence of an average turnover of at least EUR 1,000,000 per annum over the past 3 years.
