SmartPly Europe seeks expressions of interest for the Engineering Design, Supply and Install of New Extension to 20 kV / 0.4 kV HV Network for Renewal Project

Quantity or scope

The general scope required is all inclusive for the engineering design, equipment supply, installation, commissioning and documentation of the extension from the existing 20 kv substation up to and including the, 400V feeders to new and existing Motor Control Panels and General Services.Preliminary Scope of Works but not limited to the following:1. Detailed study and analysis of Power requirements, Create data base of Existing + Decommissioned + New motor power. Include for updating of plant wide power single line diagram. (SLD)2. Install and commission an extension to the existing 20 kv ABB switch gear in the main sub (free issue).3. Install new 2 x 20 Kv RMU in MCC's plan rooms.4. Install new 2 X 2500 kVA ONAN transformers.5. Install new 3 x 400v LV Distribution boards.6. Install new 12/20 kv cable 3 x 1 x 400 mm² aluminium core for ring to switchgear.7. Install new 3 x 1 x 185 mm² aluminium core for transformer's.8. Install new Cable from the LV Distribution boards to the local Motor Control Panel and General Services Panels.9. Install new earthing including MV and LV earthing grids.10. Remote switching control panels within 20 m of switchgear.11. Safety documentation and O+M manuals.12. Supply and installation of synchronised LV power generator 1000 KVA.13.
