Research Application Management and Tracking System
This public procurement competition relates to the provision of a software solution to manage and track applications for research funding. Teagasc currently manages three application types
(a) Applications from Teagasc researchers for Teagasc funding;
(b) Applications by Teagasc researchers to external organisations providing research funding for projects that are in line with Teagasc objectives;
(c) Applications for Fellowships under the Walsh Fellowship programme.
The services will include implementing a software system which meets the Teagasc requirements, hosting the software and database, managing the environment in which the software is hosted, providing support for the software, upgradeing the software at regular intervals, providing backup and recovery services to ensure continuity of availability of the software.
