The purpose of this Competition is to establish a multi operator Framework with a maximum number of five (5) framework members (โ€œFramework Memberโ€) to provide Personal Computers. The five (5) highest ranking Tenderers pursuant to this Competition shall be each be awarded a place on the Framework.
