Competition for the supply and printing and distribution of an estimated 3,900,000 European Election ballot papers and 31,000 posters. The competition is divided into 3 Lots which reflect the 3 constituencies. All 3 Lots will require distribution. Tenderers may bid on single or multiple Lots but will only be awarded a maximum of one Lot.
